How do I set up my page to be bilingual?

Currently our Race Roster pages can be set up to be multi-lingual. We can support an event page in the following languages: 

• English (United States)

• English (Canada)

• French (Canada)

• Japanese (Japan)

• Indonesian (Indonesia)

• Malay (Malaysia)

• English (Australia)

• English (United Kingdom)

• English (United Arab Emirates)

• English (New Zealand)

• Spanish (Mexico)

• Chinese (China)

•  Chinese (Hong Kong Sar China)

• Thai (Thailand)

• Vietnamese (Vietnam)

Our platform template has already been translated (i.e. buttons, headings, general copy). However, any other copy will have to be provided prior to the event going LIVE or PRIVATE.

Note: Please be aware that this may take up to 1 week to turn on the bilingual setting and apply the new language copy
