How do I use an access code or access URL?

There are 2 types of access codes 1. Codes 2. URLs 

URL 

If the event director has sent you a direct URL for access please follow the direct link to register.

  1. Click the URL link
  2. Next you will be asked to login - use your email associated with your Race Roster account, select 'Yes, I have a Password' and enter your password (Having trouble with signing in? see forgot my password article) *If you do not have an existing Race Roster account please enter your email, click "No, I want to create a password" and enter a password in the text box
  3. Select your sub-event
  4. Fill out your participant  information and where applicable, join a team, select swag and enter a promo code
  5. If the URL is valid for multiple participants select ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT at the bottom of the registration page (this will bring you to a registration form for Participant #2) Repeat steps 3-4 for additional participants
  6. If the URL is only valid for 1 participant click CONTINUE 
  7. After continuing through the waiver you may be prompted to give an optional donation, if you choose not to donate, scroll down and hit CONTINUE
  8. Complete your Billing Information if not copied from your registration details and SUBMIT ORDER
  9. You will receive a confirmation email, share it by forwarding the email to your fellow registrants

CODE

If the event director has sent you an access code to register please following the following steps.

  1. Go to the event page you are registering for and click “Register” on the right hand side
  2. Next you will be asked to login - use your email associated with your Race Roster account, select 'Yes, I have a Password' and enter your password (Having trouble with signing in? see forgot my password article) *If you do not have an existing Race Roster account please enter your email, click "No, I want to create a password" and enter a password in the text box
  1. Click “I HAVE AN ACCESS CODE”
  1. Enter in the access code you have been provided
  2. Fill out your participant information and where applicable, join a team, select swag and enter a promo code
  3. If the code is valid for multiple participants select ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT at the bottom of the registration page (this will bring you to a registration form for Participant #2) Repeat steps 3-4 for additional participants
  4. If the code is only valid for 1 participant click CONTINUE
