Managing my subscription status to Race Roster and event emails
By registering for events using Race Roster and agreeing to the terms and conditions of each transaction, you are allowing us as well as the event organizers to reach out with certain email notifications powered by our platform. Below, we outline the types of emails you may receive and explain the process by which you may unsubscribe, when applicable.
Please note: With your consent, event organizers may additionally reach out to you using their in-house email managers, SMS messaging systems, or third party platforms such as Mailchimp and Zapier. Such notifications fall outside the scope of this article. Please reach out to the event organizer should you have questions on those topics.
System emails from events
System emails from events are typically one-time notifications. They serve to indicate that a transaction of funds and/or data has occurred, or needs to occur. As they are an essential element of delivering our services here at Race Roster, they do not feature subscription settings.

Courtesy emails from Race Roster
Courtesy emails from Race Roster serve to inform you that a transaction of funds or data has been completed by someone else, related to your own registrations. For example, you may be a team captain/member or a peer-to-peer fundraiser, needing to be informed of an action that has taken place relative to your team or fundraising campaign. In addition, you may be a non-registered user, receiving an invitation/request from someone who is registered pertaining to an event.
